The "Competition Prep Program" is a pre-competition mindset training program designed to help dancers overcome fear, pressure, self-doubt, and anxiety, so they can perform with confidence, focus, self-esteem, and freedomThey’ll build overall confidence, a higher self-esteem, inner-strength, and team unity that carries through the entire competition season.

OUR PROGRAM BREAKDOWN

Week  1 — 60 minutes

Theme: Overcoming Mental Blocks & Performance Fear
Focus: Understanding nerves, shifting mindset, breaking fear-based habits
What We Do:

  • Work through fears and mental blockages

  • “Fear to Fuel” reframing work

  • Perspective-shifting tools

  • Guided confidence exercises

Outcome: Dancers leave feeling more in control of their emotions, calmer, empowered, and mentally clear.

 

Week 2 — 60 minutes

Theme: Self-Esteem & Confident Performer Identity
Focus: Building inner confidence, self-trust, and positive self-talk
What We Do:

  • Self-belief affirmations & mindset confidence practice

  • Body-language training & power posture

  • Confidence visualization & focus routines

  • Self-esteem building exercises

Outcome: Dancers build real inner confidence, stronger self-image/self-esteem, and healthy mindset shift towards performing.

 

Week 3 — 60 minutes

Theme: Team Bonding + Motivation Boost
Focus: Trust, unity, communication, and stage-day mental prep
What We Do:

  • Team bonding exercises/challenges

  • Support + hype exercises

  • Collective visualization & “Win From Within” motivation session

Outcome: A united, confident team ready to support each other and perform at their best, mentally and emotionally prepared for the competition stage.
